Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2026 SUMMER SHOWCASE

At this time, we do not maintain an open or unconditional refund policy. All registrations and payments are considered final. However, we understand that unique or unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, we are committed to working with families on an individual basis. Requests for consideration must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed at our discretion. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will make reasonable efforts to evaluate each situation fairly and determine if any accommodations can be made.
